Supported by the state-of-the-art PenTec cord, the tire has enhanced high-speed stability and has a temporary flatspotting feature for overnight parking. To satisfy the varying performance needs of multiple types of cars and applications, the Pirelli P Zero Rosso System has asymmetric and directional tread designs. The Asimmetrico and the Direzionale designs both have powerful wet and dry grip as well as improved noise reduction.
Directional and asymmetric: two different tread patterns designed to provide the best sports performance. The directional tread pattern, for the front axle, with its ”arrow” grooves and longitudinal channels ensure excellent grip on both wet and dry roads. The asymmetric tire has three distinct elements: large blocks on the outer shoulder, a central semi-slick rib with curved transverse grooves and a more open inner shoulder.
The daily drive into the city can be heightened with the Pirelli P Zero Rosso’s advanced acceleration, braking, and cornering capabilities. Most of these tires have the red “P Zero” logo, but there are several sizes that showcase the “Rosso” logo together with the black letters on the embossed black sidewall.
